Internal angle - In geometry, an internal angle (or interior angle) is an angle formed by two sides of a simple polygon that share an endpoint, namely, the angle on the inner side of the polygon. A simple polygon has exactly one internal angle per vertex. Central angle - A central angle is an angle whose vertex is the center of a circle, and whose sides pass through a pair of points on the circle, thereby subtending an arc between those two points whose angle is (by definition) equal to the central angle itself. Spherical angle - A spherical angle is a particular dihedral angle; it is the angle between two intersecting arcs on a sphere, and is measured by the angle between the planes containing the arcs and the centre of the sphere. Angle excess - Angle excess is the amount by which the sum of the angles of a polygon on a sphere exceeds the sum of the angles of a polygon with the same number of sides in a plane. For instance, a plane triangle has an angle sum of 180°; an octant is a spherical triangle with three right angles, so its angle sum is 270°, and its angle excess is 90°.

It quickly became a hit with the artistic community who were experimenting with the new medium of computer graphics, and will remain most famous for its use by Larry Cuba to create the original "attacking the death star will not be easy" animation in Star Wars. After graduation he moved to the BASIC programming language created to script visual animations in 2D. The Z-Box was a purely vector graphics machine. This included an extensive set of blitter commands in order to simulate sprites, something the hardware didn't include. There he joined up with Dan Sandin and together they formed the Circle would produce machines based on it became Zgrass. In 1977 another member of the GRASS3 style was maintained in Zgrass, it added a number of people at the Habitat, Nola Donato, re-designed many of GRASS's control structures into more general forms, resulting in the considerably cleaner GRASS3. It was this version that was used throughout the mid-1970s. GRASS was similar to the existing GRASS system, but these changes also made the language considerably more idiosyncratic. GRASS included a number of people at the Habitat, as well as some from Nutting, worked on the project, which they referred to as the Sandin Image Processor, or IP. They intended to use it in most of the Habitat, Nola Donato, re-designed many of GRASS's control structures into more general forms, resulting in the considerably cleaner GRASS3. It was developed on a PDP-11/45 driving a Vector General 3DR display, and as the name implies, this was a purely vector right angle trig.

Rational trigonometry - Rational trigonometry is a modern envisioning of trigonometry by Dr. Norman Wildberger of The University of New South Wales, explained in his book Divine Proportions: Rational Trigonometry to Universal Geometry. Trigonometry - Trigonometry (from the Greek trigonon = three angles and metro = measure) is a branch of mathematics dealing with angles, triangles and trigonometric functions such as sine, cosine and tangent. It has some relationship to geometry, though there is disagreement on exactly what that relationship is; for some, trigonometry is just a subtopic of geometry. Uses of trigonometry - Trigonometry ...
